My last two dogs went through regular bully sticks in under ten minutes, but this braided one with three twisted strands actually kept them busy for a solid half hour. The 12-inch length is perfect for my lab to grip with his paws without it vanishing down his throat. Only downside is I have to hide
My 65-pound shepherd mix is a power chewer and this braided stick kept her busy for over an hour—the three twisted strands are genius, she has to work to pull them apart. It's the first treat that's actually lasted longer than a single sitting without turning into a slimy mess.
Our 70-pound lab goes through regular chews in under an hour, but this braided one kept her busy for almost two days before she finally cracked the last strand. The triple-twist texture seems to give her teeth something to really work on, and the thickness feels substantial without being too hard.
