My cat took to it immediately—the wide door opening makes it effortless to wipe down and scoop, and the wood-and-metal build feels like it'll outlast her teen years.
The hinge on the metal door is solid—no squeak even after a month of daily use—and the wood finish actually matches my living room decor instead of looking like a crate. My cat took to it immediately, and cleaning the litter box through that wide opening is way less of a hassle than I expected.
The wood feels genuinely solid, not that flimsy particleboard stuff, and the wide opening makes getting the litter box in and out a breeze. It's doubled as a cozy hideout for my smaller dog, too, so it's earning its keep indoors.
